Our Services

Brillix Group provides professional residential property cleaning services across Bendigo, Greater Bendigo and surrounding suburbs in Victoria, Australia. Our services include regular home cleaning, deep home cleaning, end of lease and move in and move out cleaning, spring and seasonal cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, window cleaning and post construction and renovation cleaning. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Bookings and Confirmation

All bookings are made through our website at brillixgroup.com.au. Once you submit a booking request through our online form, our team will review your request and confirm your appointment via email or phone. A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation from Brillix Group. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. However, to ensure our team can manage their schedule effectively, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Brillix Group, we take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning results every time. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 24 hours of your service being completed. We will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the areas in question at no additional cost to you. Our goal is your complete satisfaction and we will always work to make things right.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure we can deliver the best possible results, we ask that you provide accurate property details and access information at the time of booking, ensure our team has safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time, secure or remove any fragile, valuable or irreplaceable items prior to our arrival, and inform us of any specific requirements, sensitivities or areas of concern before the service begins.

Limitation of Liability

Brillix Group takes every precaution to deliver safe and professional cleaning services. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to property, damage caused by items that were not properly secured or disclosed prior to the service, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
